Booking and estimates

Quoted prices are good-faith estimates based on the vehicle information you provide. Final price is confirmed in writing on intake, after we've inspected the vehicle. Heavily soiled, oversized, or damaged vehicles may require a revised estimate before we begin.

Cancellation

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice on cancellation. Same-day cancellations or no-shows on premium-tier appointments may incur a 25% deposit forfeit.

Personal property

Please remove personal items from your vehicle before drop-off. We are not responsible for valuables, currency, electronics, or other personal effects left in the vehicle.

Insurance

Elite Detailing carries general liability and garagekeepers insurance. Every vehicle is photographed on intake from eight angles. Damage claims must be raised at vehicle pickup.

Warranty

Ceramic coating installations carry the manufacturer's written warranty (3 years or 5 years, depending on the product chosen). Warranty is conditional on following the provided maintenance plan.

Payment

We accept cash, major credit cards, and tap-to-pay. Premium-tier and ceramic-coating jobs may require a deposit at booking.
