Common questions, answered.
How long does a Signature Detail take?
Plan on 4–6 hours. Larger trucks, heavily soiled interiors, or pet hair removal can push it longer. We'll always tell you up front before starting.
Do you do mobile detailing?
Not yet — every job is done at our Scottsburg shop so we can control lighting, water reclaim, and the products we use. Mobile service is on the roadmap.
Do you do paint correction and ceramic coatings?
Yes. Single-stage correction is included with our Elite Showroom package. Two-stage correction with a 3- or 5-year professional ceramic coating is a separate Specialist appointment.
Are you insured?
Yes — general liability and garagekeepers insurance. Every vehicle is photographed on intake from eight angles and a written work order is signed before we start.
Why a youth co-op?
Elite Detailing is run by 15- to 24-year-olds working alongside adult organizers. Compensation is open-book; profits fund a scholarship pool the members earn into. The work has to be world-class — read our story for how that works.
