What we collect
When you fill out a quote or contact form on this site we collect the information you choose to submit — typically your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and any photos or notes you attach. We log standard server information (IP address, browser, timestamp) to prevent abuse.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform services, follow up with you, and to keep records of work performed. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts, follow-ups) are sent via Amazon SES. We do not send marketing email without an explicit opt-in.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible) that does not set persistent cookies or track you across sites. We do not use ad-network tracking on this site.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@elitedetailingin.com. We retain customer records for legitimate business purposes (warranty, follow-up, accounting) for up to seven years unless deletion is requested.
